I'm not sure quite what point you're getting at but the path forward from here will be a JV with RMS I presume on the two orebodies - eventually !

Initially RMS has control of BRB and will progress Lake Roe .exploration with the BRB cash .

At some point when actual development occurs I forsee the RMS controlled BRB diluting interest in a JV with RMS as RMS prvides the funding .
So yes , there will be dilution at the point of time of development .

You say still early days .... what a strange comment when RMS already has control and the offer closes in less than two weeks .
RMS have said there'll be no better offer ...if there WAS a better offer from RMS then all who have signed up laready would get it .

Be warned ... the SP will drop when the offer expires ....you can hold me to that , have seen it several times before .
