RMS having reached so far (and cuedos to them for their success on a low ball offer), total control is needed to get hold of the cash, have 1 board and 1 listing and save lots of costs. So great fear mongering to say RMS will have BRB have diluting issues, but little business sense. Asculpeous is happy to be greedy [what a load of moralistic crap that is by those who are saying this] as in this speculative game you need to maximize your winners. It's another case of Buffet's dictum "Be Greedy when others are fearful". How immoral! NOT. .Remember that GS is building a stake so it is probable that they will demand more. Still early days and those that sign over on this first offer may live to regret their decision. Gold is breaking out to new highs and suspect that BRB may have a higher sensitivity to rises vs RMS as ore value in the ground overtakes cost of implementation issues (opinion only -will have to wait and see but has happened in previous situations and maybe why GS hope to leverage the situation]

Careful not too be too greedy or come across as too greedy wanting a better and easily to argue a better price for your BRB shares these RMS holders are very easily triggered and if the shoe was on the other foot.....oh wait they would want a better offer too.
