"Now they are in a rush to transfer all shares that were signed over so that there's no going back, Ramelius is free to make a higher offer without any obligation to those who have already accepted. They are saying this loudly and clearly." you appear to misunderstand ....now the offer is unconditional all the shares signed over , what 67% or something like , will convert over to RMS as a matter of law . No rush required for transfer of the shares signed over , only to sign over .Once the shares are signed over there IS no going back . There will be no sweeter offer , that has been stated ...final offer .
After the offer closes at some point there may be another offer to those few holders who didn't accept but it won't be anytime soon at all . RMS will advance the project with BRB capital . Maybe 18 months (guess) down the track there may be another offer to the holdouts OR RMS may aquire more shares through "creep provisions". BRB sp will fall with lack of buyers into a controlled entity .
If there is a later offer from RMS the size of it will depend on : 1.GP 2.how successful the drilling has been 3.how much cash is left quite likely to be smaller than the previous offer because of point 3 .
Will also depend on how close RMS are to the 90% mark .
