lets clear a few things up

1. BRB minority holders could continue to hold and there are some laws to protect them from any unfair actions by RMS
2.BRB sp will likely fall after offer closes (assuming less than 90%accept.) - this from past experience of other companies
3. Can I highlight Rosies point ....RMS likely already have effective control
4. the money remains BRB money .... but RMS almost assured to control the board and hence the use of that money
5. if not 90% - almost certainly a JV between the 2 companies at some point seems inevitable IMO
