On a straight $ - $ basis at current share prices, the RMS offer will nett the EXU holders a small short term win.
But they will be selling off the long term gains (usual story)

Edna May is a big beast to feed, tampia alone wont be enough, plus all the trucking RMS will need to do to facilitate this, the AISC will be horrible...

Compared with EXU stand alone setup, the Mill is purpose built for tampia ore and volumes, so much more efficient, and faster pay back
Id rather take the long term gain than a low teens% win right now
