Assuming rms at 40c, exu at 12.5c, then the offer is 15c so another 2.5c upside. Should the takeover be successful and rms subsequently goes to 50c, that’s another 10c, making your exu worth 25c?? Not in cash but you can always sell then. That’s around 3x your money due to the takeover. That upside is there and more likely than going it alone or with alk, with more real downside risk back to under 10c. Remember, shareholders want, and deserve, some upside too from this, if there will be any!!
