If the SP rises today close to the offer price then I would say it is in the bag. There is obviously a major section of the EXU shareholder base that has not been over impressed with EXU's management (I am OK with them given the circumstances). This offer almost certainly undervalues EXU over the long term, but given the market's attitude towards explorers/developers right now it hard to say no to. I am leaning towards accepting it.

@glyna I am not sure I would agree this has been handled well by RMS, but thanks to a bit of luck on their side (I don't think anyone knew the Mace RC drilling would prove so difficult) they have been given another chance. They know as well as us that Mace is not a 20k oz resource.
