1/..Make cheaky hostile takeover bid.......cauusing afront to EXU and its shareholders
2/ Start verbal war over value of bid and EXU
3/ Sweeten the offer big time (+5c) subject to due dilligence
4/ After getting shareholders hopes up, swiftly pull the rug out and recind the raised offer therfore casting doubts over mace
5/ force EXU to disclose premature and underwhelming update on mace..(which they know is errant, and vastly superior to what can be actually announced due to the type of drilling undertaken, Big mistake there by EXU I'm afraid)
6/Then the coup de grace..When all shareholders resigned to reduced share price and a long road ahead, BANG !! Out of no where
1 for 4 scrip and + 2 CENTS raise !!!
I am a dyed in the wool EXU shareholder But this just maybe a winning move IMO.....
