all the points you make at the top are quite correct

but I'm a bit bemused about the last sentence mentioning MGV holders - already two thirds have them have sold - RMS have added over 16% in 2 days - have gained control of the company - and only need another 24% for compulsory acquisition .

I'm not trying to convince you to sell ....I AM pointing out that the takeover is a fait accompli .
