as you say , except I think it will likely get to 90% so suspect the "deluded" will get the same deal as everyone else , eventually .

but looks to me , whether you are happy with the deal or no , all over red rover ,aparat from the tidy up
possibly some are buying up on market to sell into the offer ...one poster here has done that previously
