re: Ann: DIO: RMS: Ramelius Extends Offer for... yeah the rate of acceptances has certainly slowed down of late and the gap between DIO and RMS had been reducing as well leading up to the final date for settlement to register in time to accept - so the incentive for the arb trade was also reducing. Any time the gap widens a little though RMS holders are likely to continue to arb their holdings back via DIO.
