Its actually quite a bad deal for us retail.

Today we could probably have hit 15c or even more after Fridays announcements and being released from the legal cloud.

Its not cash or at least stuff all.

The script may be worth something at todays SP...... BUT......It could drop real quick to and end result would be an average of well under 15c.

The other part is RMS has no liquidity! No one wants it and it has no volume for anyone to get out of their RMS shares!

And you can bet MANY will want to. Including those directors and Top Holders, they will want to cash up.

So RMS ...SP will drop as a result of to many sellers and no buyers.

Is there another play going on here? A second bid perhaps at a better value and cash? Play off the bidders against one another.

For me , I don't want to sell SPX as I recon I will be lucky to get 11c at the end of the day. We should have a corrected SP now of around 16c with out any takeover.

Also RMS is at its "Top" in TA and has a strong resistance to breakthrough if it wants to maintain or increase its SP. It will pull back I believe.

Bugger .Out of the pot and into the fire.
