Be prepared to be tested SPX holders - there is a short interest building in RMS, reporting one day after the announcement there was an increase in shorts of 1.4 million shares taking the short interest from 3.4 million shares to 5.2 million shares. Not a lot but enough to down ramp the share price of RMS from that $1.33 level.
There will be games being played by parties wishing to scare the SPX shareholders between now and the closing date of the offer.
There are 11 drill results in limbo for some reason, are they good ? Does someone know what they are ? This looks like a set up - from Court Case day 1. Why would the Directors recommend this offer which is not at a determined price. ?
Personally, I am thinking that I am a shareholder of loads of gold and someone wants my shares cheap !
