heres a thought B............what if this was just a "first" offer designed to upset some who jump out and RMS scoop up their shares cheaper [13.5c] and get enough to carry a second offer over the line?
Maybe they just did not get enough control so put up a lame offer to scare retail into leaving?
Or there may be a second bidder!
One point no one has asked yet today.
Why does RMS want us? What is left uncovered to interest them? They would only do a T/O if it benefits them greatly.
Which translates into we are getting to little for our Resource. currently.
