Definitely a good price to exit today with a good run up in the last year. RMS will be sold down as arbitrage traders will be all over this given the lowish hurdle for acceptance of 50%. As this is mostly scrip offer, I would expect it to sit around the 13-13.5 mark. Expect it to steady around here as STX holders reduce exposure with decent buying support.
