one must think, FIRST
why
why did RMS make an offer for SPX and not
not for RXL
as there are SPX drills boring their way into the earth
and results due
and the on site geos watching
then there must be surely
some rather nice results coming up from inside the earth
and that's why
WHY
the T/O has been released at this point of time
BEFORE the results are known to the Retail market
and of course an increase in the current S/P which would follow
IMO of course
