If you have 1m SPX shares you'll be given 100k in RMS shares.
They trade 3m-4m on average per day so plenty of opportunity to wash through 100k/200k shares.
Admittedly if the offer is taken up there may be some selling-pressure to churn through but nonetheless liquidating RMS share shouldn't be an issue.
