Guys what am I missing here ?
People are selling at 13-13.5c when the buy out price is 15c.
Yes many think that 15c is low but why not sell with a 1.5-2c (10% - 15%) discount ?
Other than Yak's liquidity concern if you are a large shareholder why you sell out at this range ?
Yes the deal could fall through which would mean that the SP may fluctuate in either direction, but even then the results are more than a few weeks away. Further Yes, there is a risk that RMS's SP may fall 10-15% but at first glance it appears that RMS's SP is following market rise/fall for gold.
