Just throwing up some guesstimates as a novice :
Given the exploration drive (ED) first goes past West Winds (WW) and 4 pillars (4P )guessing that is where the drilling needs to be going into now to get some grade control drilling for mining , probably not enough tonnage per day to turn the plant on , but the development ore could be stockpiled for when the plant starts .
It would also maybe mean the trump card is they can have another jumbo doing drives and levels into WW while the initial jumbo continues its onward journey past Pepper and onto the side of NN .
maybe even a third jumbo running in 4P and praise the big guy , another jumbo running in Pepper .

Guessing 240 M to 300M a month of progress along the ED (which would go in at a 5M * 5.5 M diameter") could be achieved going from the portal at the pit base to the start of NN .

Lets say they did the first rock blast of the portal in October , and there is say 1400 meters of adit to run to get to NN , (less meters direct but have to make plats for UG drilling plus side access passages for levels ) then that would be around 1400 meters to NN /250M =say 6 months later in April we could be taking in low grade development ore out of NN plus process the stockpiled ore out of WW and 4P and could be ready to switch the plant back on for poster undaunted , would he would be happy with that ?
