That's what Zeptner hopes you believe but it's not the reality.A sub 18% holding gives RMS a very good head-start on anyone wanting to have a crack but to say it's already over at such an early juncture is premature I think. Simon as MD has a very substantial holding here, a once in a career opportunity for most company heads and the most clout on the Board- can you really see him caving and giving this away? I can't. SPR might not have the time to more fully test its tenements and realise its full value for holders (whatever that may be) but I can't see SPR shareholders rolling over for a cut price offer that leaves all the untested upside on the table for RMS. This has only just started, we're nearer the beginning of corporate maneuverings, not the end yet
