No need for insults. GMD was blocked by Delphi, and after dragging the original offer out interminably with tiny increments over months had to wait four months and come back with a dramatically improved offer to get to 100%. It was anything but quick ... RF bemoaned it. And it would have taken longer if Delphi hadn't got what they really wanted, which was a side deal to buy ore from KIN mining (which Delphi do have a controlling interest in ... but they don't own it).
