Its not a pedantic response - its correcting your mis-representation of facts.
They are planning to come out with a maiden reserve this quarter, they already have a mining permit, they are working on a FS and have been for a while. Long lead items - they already have a mill and most of the infrastructure and are starting on the decline next month so no idea what you are talking about - yes they need underground mining equipment but they are hardly long lead time items.
Contractors and operational staff are acquired after they make a decision to restart not before. Why would they do that before an FS and a decision to restart - you are really showing how little you understand.
You are clasping at straws and showing how much you make comments to distort reality.
