I have seen quite a number of written documents and podcasts suggesting gold miners ie producers will re-rate upwards once the much bigger cash flows and profits are announced for the June and September quarters from producers assuming POG stays around current levels and if the POG increases above $2,400 the re-rate will be even more. The re-rate of producers will flow through to near term new producers and to some extent advanced explorers. The increase in cash flows will be multiple times the increase in the POG ie if POG increased by 15% the cash flow will increase by maybe 3 -4 times or 45% to 60% and to date gold miners SPs have only increased less than 20%.
