Hi @speculator101, you may not be implying this but I don’t believe RMS has any right to appoint a director. Previous CR investors have obviously negotiated a right to appt one and keep that right while above a threshold % shareholding. I’m no lawyer but FWIW I just had a quick look at the SPR constitution - no special members rights - normal majority shareholder agm proposals and voting to force the issue would be required I think, other than at the board’s discretion. 3-5 directors required for Spartan (with 4 currently serving). No helpful RMS additions needed thanks very much

unrelated, I’m starting to think the AC campaign did not hit any home runs given the time passed (hopefully now that I’ve said that, we’ll get an announcement in the morning!)
