True - conflict of interest on a takeover for the director if dominated by RMS , so would be almost a lame duck position if a board member now.
been involved as a minority share holder in Finders resources when it was bought out by Eastern Field Development about 8 years ago , we pretty much got screwed , dont think Eastern Field needed a director to achieve its objective , they did have a puppet master instead has a similar situation when Universal coal was bought out by Terracom , what was worse with Universal coal as the share price for some reason never found out was kept down for about 6 months prior to the takeover . UNV was a cash cow but the market seemed to realise it was getting reamed at the same time .
