So RMS has 8.9%, Tembo has 9.99%, 3rd party has 4.75%. RMS are obviously not sellers, 3rd party the same. Tembo are sellers even though they said they weren't at less than $1. I reckon the Germans sold to RMS. Nothing to stop RMS buying more stock on or off market up to 19.99%. If their current intention changes (after the MRE is released?) they could make a T/O bid at not less than 89c anytime within the next four months. After that they could bid at any price they like. So there is a floor at ~89c I reckon and a bid may be on the cards. Cheaper if you do that sooner rather than later. SPR if left alone will be a decade or more gold producer at 150kozspa+. Even at $1.50 it is ridiculously cheap.
