    I am tending to agree with many of the comments here.

    The offer from RMS is reasonable - but not great. The sudden acceptance of the offer without much discussion is quite strange.

    My interpretation (whether correct or not) was that MGV wanted to send a clear signal to other suitors that they are happy to sell - hopefully leading to better offers.
