See, there you go again. I'm presuming you meant to say 'not a multi million ounce field', cause they are already at 927Koz (which was released in May 2022 - so plenty of successful drilling since then). The MRE doesn't include anything from Amarillo, the Western Dolerite zone, or Waratah or east Numbers. And there's very little drilling below 250-300mtr. So there is ample potential for it to get well over 1Moz. And EVN would probably only know about what they have drilled out on the Lake - so none of the high grade stuff.

But it will be interesting to see what they do here. Still not out of the realms of possibility that they will get involved, given they haven't come out and said they'd back the RMS TO with their 3.7% holding. Still if they're interested in the Murchison, they could wait for this to go through and then pick it all up together?

Will WB come back? Probably more likely that he will, given ego and the 30c offer would have been a reasonably low ball position, and certainly not what they thought it was worth.

But I don't think there is much left in it due to the BoD dragging their feet with keeping MRE up to date.
