From RMS’ response its easy to see that they are desperatly trying to scare EXU holders into accepting their lowball offer.
if they really think that the value in EXU is sooo hard to assess without further info, why in God’s name would RMS be willing to throw $60m at it.....
ohhhh that’s right, cause there is significant value in EXU
and RMS need mill feed like a Dole bludger needs its Centerlink check!
dont get me wrong, RMS have done well in the past to drum up such a cash reserve, but you look at the last two years of actions, not so smart
they only “produced” the gold they did last year cause they bought Edna May, which has a short life without buckets of money being spent (still don’t know the cost of this yet)
their other assets also with short life spans
RMS needs Tampia WAY WAY WAY More than EXU needs RMS
dont be fooled be RMS language, they are very desperate, trying to buy as much feed as possible to fill the mouth of an expensive under-utilised Mill to stop their AISC from skyrocketing
give it 2-5 years and EXU will be able to by RMS if it wanted to
