I'm confused as to when payment is.
In RMS ASX announcement is says "Those EXU shareholders who accept the offer between now the proposed close of the Offer on 25 January 2019 (unless further extended) will receive the offer consideration on or before the earlier of one month after the date of acceptance and 21 days after the end of the Offer period (in accordance with section 12.6 of the Bidders statement)
yet the 6th supplementary bidder's statement says
"Those EXU shareholders who accept the Offer Consideration between now and the proposed close of the offer, on 25 January 2019 (unless further extended) will received the Offer consideration within 21 days after the end of the offer period in accordance with section 12.6 of the Bidders statement.
Which one is it?
