Can RMS fix its communications? Why should I have to wade through clause 12.6 of the initial bidder's statement to find that the 6th Supplementary bidders statement mistates when consideration it to be paid.

From the initial bidders' statement:-
"12.6 Payment of consideration(a) Subject to sections 12.4(b), 12.6 and 12.7 and the Corporations Act, Ramelius will provide theconsideration due to you for Your Accepted Shares on or before the earlier ofi) one month after the date of your acceptance or, if this Offer is subject to a defeatingcondition when you accept this Offer, within one month after this Offer becomesunconditional; and(ii) 21 days after the end of the Offer Period.
