RMS have paid more than Westgold and no one else is interested. What is so unfair? The directors know that MGV don't have the funds to convert Gold in the ground into money in the bank, so have agreed to convert their own shares. (You let them run the Company in the past, so clearly don't think they are stupid). The share price has almost doubled, what is there to be unhappy about ? I often think Gratitude is never expressed when Greed takes over. I personally feel very lucky to live in a Country like Australia with opportunities like this.
