I don't think it's possible because they've made the bid best & final. Which means no changes to price.. so it effectively means that the bid is over and done with , and they will end up with what they end up with at the current bid price.
If people like me decide to not accept, then the outcome will be that RMS will own X% and if that is not enough for them I think they have to wait another six months to launch another offer at a revised price which of course could be higher or lower.
