Not stuck, just waiting. This mob have a history of signing something, share price pumps to ~3c+, then it turns out nothing is found so the price drops down. This has happened for the Utah Lithium Brine project, less for Cobalt in the DRC, and less again for the Koonebury Gold/Mansfiled REE but still the same pattern.
