Jeremy King has resigned from PM1 to focus on other business opportunities,  

Then a small cap raise to ensure RMX can afford projects - my guess is RMX are making sure they can afford to buy something good and make a real go at it, and I'm guessing Jeremy is hedging his bets and focusing on the company that he may see as being the one with the most upside - lets face it we all would do the exact same thing - and don't forget about the performance rights - you get nothing unless you "perform" - exciting times ahead I say - keep it up boys!
