    The proof is in your own statement:

    If they ever get something decent into this thing, hopefully plenty of upside.

    More than hope, it’s the past track-record of the directors that is an indication of future.

    In the case of RMX, either you’re expecting a miracle (!!) or not seeing the poor effort of management at least in the past 18 months, if not 3 years.
