I think what is being missed here is that RMX will now have 100% of the Mt Mansbridge project instead of a joint venture, staged earn-in. They are also free of the spending requirements of the staged earn in. For those interested in REE that is a major point. 100% ownership straight away.
Regarding the kaolin project this is a historic kaolin mining operation, have a look at the ADN scoping study numbers CAPEX 25m NPV 400m. Looks to have rail going through it too.
I think what is being missed here is that RMX will now have 100%...
