Yesterday RNI announced the retirement of 1 director, the appointment of 2 new directors, one as MD and the other as non-exec, and the change in status of 1 from Exec D to non-exec D.
Not surprisingly, MLX is now represented on the BoD - or at least that is how I see it. Simon Heggen is now on the RNI Board as a non-exec D, the same position he holds with MLX.
As I said, the 2 companies will work together for a common purpose - ie to find copper to help feed MLX's copper production, wherever that may be..
MLX unofficially has 40m shares in MLZ, and Joan Christine Cook has 15m shares too. Is that Peter C's wife?
