I think that there are 2 categories of 1m + or - share transactions.
1. arms-length such as the 2nd done today.
2. not arms-length such as the 1st one today.
I don't see any trading pattern to indicate that something special is coming announcement-wise, but I hope that your assessment is correct.
Those assays must be lost in transit. While the cat's away the mice do play. Meeeoow!
