Rabs, I am not sure why MLX did a script deal, nor why RNI accepted it. What happens if the MLX SP falls on basis people think that RNI needs to offload shares to pay T. You are talking 4-5% of MLX market cap to be sold on market unless their is a willing buyer off market.
RNI not out of woods yet. Was this deal for the benefit of PN? He had much to lose if RNI went under. Hope MLX come up with a brilliant Quarterly and the market likes the purchase. Otherwise RNI will come to an upbrupt end IMHO.
