I got a response from Greg directly, tldr

- Intro screen and onboarding was done this way as most customers are sent there via other means, aka their agent and the customers want the quickest possible process. They are still debating the intro screens etc.

- Transactions are now instant on the pay side (to agent) but the pull side has complexity to it with the direct debit system. They are at the begining stages of an instant pull but will be some time. In 4-6 weeks they are giving the option of manual (in osko) which sounds to me like a good fix in the mean time. << This to me sounds like a good response, hopefully allays some of those reviews.

few other minor things, i asked about self managed landlords and linking it all together with renter resume etc, they said its to-do but they are looking for partners (its likely too big of a job imo)
