Market is asleep at the wheel with regards to RNT.
They have dangled a carrot to get renters to use Rentpay, by offering a $260 annual discount to their gas/power bills.
So, all they need is at least a 100,000 Renters (less than 5% of the total market) to sign up for Gas/Electricity service
from Origin and RNT will receive revenue of $9 Million a Year!
This is based on their estimated ARPU of $7.50 per month which equates to $90 per annum from 100,000 customers.
Sounds pretty impressive to me!
