I think it's extremely tough to get a new way of doing things become mainstream. Very hard to break into the day to day of what real estate agents do. From memory there was also quite a bit of resistance when realestate.com.au first started.
I really hope that RNT can eventually crack this and at least achieve break-even. This company needs to achieve a base level of financial success before it can take the next step in its trajectory.
But heck it looks like hard work.
