Initial thoughts on this is that if they can't get agents to pay $10 for an ad I am probably going to do my arse on this one.

However, this approach will place a real value on the RR model which I why I invested in the first place. With 70k listings a 10% conversion to $10 ads with worth additional $840k p.a and 65% is break even assuming nothing else changes.

So now forecasting the Q4 cash receipts becomes really important. My view is that what ever happens during the quarter can pretty much be extrapolated out, in others words if there is no material change in cash receipts above the baseline assumptions then the $10 ad isn't working and its time to sell.
