Eh this is fine. Underwritters get options as payment, which is better than shares. 260k put up by management and directors is positive, they know the details.
Again though, like in 2021, they should have raised when they were pumping. I guess they raised now incase the SP dumped even more, cos they probably were 3-6 months of cash left.
Really does suck they couldnt continue above 4c and have people convert options for a cash injection.
