Interesting angle here: "try before you buy". This is definitely a major brand association. It is all about getting more visitors to the website browsing and hopefully transacting.
It is always a critical inflection point for a 'start-up' when it outgrows its founder. Questions on whether the timing was right (or too early/late); whether the new CEO can take the company to the next level; and whether there is enough substance in the company offering, positioning and evolution strategy to make that climb.
Time will tell, but this, IMO, is a nice announcement to have the day after a new CEO is confirmed.
