my son bought REA shares at 11 cents held onto the shares for 5 years then sold at 29 cents another 3 passed before it reached $1 and so on so you have to wait sometimes decades for something to happen . issue is with RNT they have next to no income from Agents and this is where the money not the tenants . after spending tens of millions and not been i tnt game is the reason why the share is only 7+ cents
