I wanted to buy it. Like the concept of service consolidation but not confident about the revenue strategy. The USP rentpay sounds interesting but it does not seem to add much value to the renters or tenants. When payments can be direct debited from bank accounts why would anyone divert their payment to rentpay. Looked at the bond loan which is also interesting but the company financing the bond seems to be not so impressive. I would be happy to be proven incorrect.
