    This asset was on the books for US$7,950 * 100 / 75 = US$10,600 (December 2014 revaluation), so they've taken a 14% haircut on this one. Current NTA is AUS$ 0.34 (34 cents) so if we can sell the other assets at a similar discount (reducing NTA to 29c) the current share price of 13c is highly oversold.
