    The annual report has the revaluation of this asset at USD9.6MM on 100% basis, so haircut is 4.7%.

    If we apply across entire portfolio, then USD262.7MM in RNY property assets becomes ca. USD250MM.

    Consequently, net assets go from USD68MM to USD55MM and AUD NTA/unit goes from 35c to 28c.

    I wonder how representative this asset is of the portfolio as a whole?
